Windows 7: My Computer Freezes After Sometime

-43 is an error
The other temps remain under 40C - that's very good.
The CPU should remain under 60 (70 if it's a laptop) - but that's just an estimate, they can go higher
The GPU can go to 80C - but most are safe at 100C
The motherboard and Hard Drive shouldn't be above 40 or 50 - but that's another estimate.

Then you 've just got to figure out what sensors are measuring what part.
Good luck!

I see.
Thank you for all of the things that you have done to help me. But can you give an easier route than taking the memory diagnostics thing? Its really confusing.

Thanks in advance.

I understand that the memory stuff may be confusing, but just follow the instructions one step at a time and you should be fine. The only alternative that I know of is to pay someone to do the tests for you (and that can get expensive!).

Good luck!
