    Windows 7 crashes

I am so happy to see all of this! I am sick of my hard drive being blamed for these continuous crashes I am having!! My 5 month old HP was the top of the line, and I take extreme care of it. It has been sent off to HP to be repaired, and it ran fine for a week, then started crashing again. By the way, HP reported a healthy PC! It seems that windows 7 needs to be looked into. Obviously it has some serious glitches!!

Is your computer still under warranty?

If so, IMO we volunteers should not be putting at risk the rights,YOU, the consumer has under that warranty...

I would strongly suggest that you should seek further advice asap from HP.
They have a duty of care to honour their part of the warranty.

Is the computer just crashing and restarting or is it blue screening?
