    Multiple issues and system crashing

My computer has been crashing lately and its happening regulalrly. I will try my best to explain and also list what I am running. If there are any things I can research or check let me know.

First it used to shut down during the night while I would stream a online radio show. Found out that it was scheduled to defrag at night and turned that off. Problem remained. Then it would have problems booting up. It couldn't find the drives. I unpluged the drives, reinstalled memory and that seemed to go away. I removed the program Adware, seemed to update its self on boot upand that cuased issues.

Then the screen with freeze using a browser or if I am running a couple programs at once. Will not allow you to "Ctrl +Alt+Delete". Have to reboot.

I got a blue screen a few days ago but just one time.

I booted up and my clock was wrong. Thought the battery was bad and that has gone away and seems to be ok. A couple times when I powered down the keyboard stayed lit and I could hear the processor or a fan still running.

The remaining issue is it freezes. Either working with the browser or if I have programs running. I have scanned the system for all spyware and adware. Ran C-Cleaner. Ran Norton.

    I'm using Windows 7 Professional
    Firefox and IE
    AMD Athlon 64 3800+ 2.41 GHZ
    Two internal drives
    NVIDA GeForce FX5200

There is no DMP files and please do not create two similar threads (w/ similar problem). Edit the first post in the other thread with the MiniDumps..

Dean: no minidumps exist on the hard drive. Kernel Memory Dump is selected, as we can see from the jcgriff2 report. See the PM I sent you last week.

Records show that the dumps did exist at one point:
    Code:
    Event[257]:
      Log Name: Application
      Source: Windows Error Reporting
      Date: 2011-03-06T13:11:20.000
      Event ID: 1001
      Task: N/A

      Opcode: Info
      Keyword: Classic

It must be the dumps were deleted somehow; please disable any cleaning programs you may be using.

However, since the primary problem is not BSODs, we may not get far there. I am seeing the unexpected reboots in the Event Logs, yet no clues as to why it's crashing. From experience, we know that these unexplained reboots are usually caused by hardware, so let's start there.

Run all three Prime95 tests: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

Also, run Memtest86 overnight: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

For the hard drive, I recommend SeaTools.

Finally, run driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

That will test for software issues, causing a BSOD if it finds them. If you get any BSODs, please upload another jcgriff2 report.

Ah! Forget about that - thanks for the heads up.

The kernel dump is in C:\Windows. Look for MEMORY.DMP and zip it up in a .zip or .rar archive file. Then upload it using the paper-clip icon.

There is a limit of 8MB for zip file. The MEMORY.DMP file is 103 MB.

Upload it in a third-party uploader site (e.g: MediaFire, Uppit).
