    Windows Explorer keeps crashing

Everytime I attempt to click on something on my desktop or taskbar, etc it says
"Windows Explorer has stopped working" but luckily I can double click and open firefox.
Whenever I try to right click something or open an explorer window it says this and gives me this:

    Fault Module Name: SHELL32.dll
    Fault Module Version: 6.1.7600.16385
    Fault Module Timestamp: 4a5bdb01
    Exception Code: c0000005
    Exception Offset: 0037ac87
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033
    Additional Information 1: 0a9e
    Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789
    Additional Information 3: 0a9e
    Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789

Note: I tried to restore my computer to an earlier time but unfortunately I don't have any restore points.

Run System File Checker from a Elevated Command Prompt.

    1. Click on Start Button
    2. Go to All Programs then Accessories
    3. Right on Command Prompt and select “Run as Administrator” from context menu.

Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. Let it run to completion.

I can't right click anything. I can get to the accessories folder and open it but if I right click something explorer crashes.

Boot to Safe Mode and login as Administrator (no password, unless you set one).

    Try running it from there.

Edit: Also, System Restore - Enable or Disable

I have the same problem. In Windows 7 Enterprise, when I right-click certain folders, Windows Explorer crashes. There's no pattern that I can see where some folders will crash Windows Explorer and others will not.
