I ran gpuclean, uninstalled video device and then rebooted into safemode and tried to reinstall video drivers and it wouldn't work. I'm doing a system repair to see if it fixes it

You had to do the reverse. Uninstall drivers, reboot in safe mode then use gpuclean to remove leftovers
    of driver strings.

    Device Clean Boot

Click Start, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Search bar and press Enter.

Expand "Sound, video and game controllers".

Right click on your sound card and then click "Properties.

In the dropdown menu of Device Usage, please choose "Do not use this device (disable)" and click OK.

Use the same method to disable other dubious hardware such as: internal modem, network card and CD-R drive.

Please note some devices such as video adapter are not available to be disabled.

To be honest, You have so much issues,

I would do a clean install, no drivers except INF file after install and the latest AMD drivers for onboard video. No sound drivers, nothing. let the machine run.

If you don't have crashes, then the mem is not affected and it driver issue.

Expand "Sound, video and game controllers".

Right click on your sound card and then click "Properties.

Also, did you install INF chipset drivers when you did a clean install before anything else?

if the machine boots into windows it can run for hours and hours with no problemms. i only get bsod when I shut it down for an extended period of time and then boot itt back up
