Use Speedfan to monitor your temperatures.
Run Blend and Small FFTs Tests
I have run memtest86 for 7 hours and no errors. I will run Furmark now and update results. When I run Prime95 on blend I get BSOD within 5 to 10 minutes sometimes 15 minutes.

Are you overclocking anything? If so, return to default values please (Reset the BIOS settings)

Run it until the temperatures stop increasing; usually less than ten minutes, If you don't see any artifacts or distortion on the screen, consider the test passed.

sorry about my last post. Ok I have passed Furmark. Prime95 is causing BSOD on blend setting. My system is at Default Values.

I think I have resolved the problem. I purchased a new cpu heatsink and fan and have been running prime95 for 2 hours now without BSOD. I will update status once I run Prime for 24 hours.

Well I made it to 3 hours on Prime95 blend setting until I received BSOD. Not sure what to do next.

Then upload the dumps, please. Please post snapshots of your BIOS - especially of RAM, voltages, CPU settings, etc..
