BSOD while playing BFBC2

    GingramF14 guess what? You found the problem... I did the exact same thing as you I played a non-PB server in BFBC2 and no crashes.

    In reading some other forums, it looks like people that use Realtek audio from their motherboard and not using a sound card are having our problem. Our community is taking a poll to see if this is correct. I will post my findings here.

    What sucks is I can't play on our servers until PB realizes they goofed and fixes the problem.

    Go to this link PunkBuster Online Countermeasures I have done the first part manually but don't know what version I need to choose for the second part? Do I do the first one or the second one?

    Same problem


    I updated punkbuster 2 days ago and now I am getting BSOD's after 10-30 minutes of playing...

    very frustrating!

    Yep I have done all that. Still crashing. But I don't crash on non PB servers so its the update that is screwing up everyone.
