    BSOD or disabled USB

I have a serious problem, my almost brand new Dell XPS8100 sometimes gives me a BSOD or no response from USB at all.

I have reinstalled my OS but it still happens, approx twice a week. I have attached perfmon result and "Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2" result.

Any help will be much apprieciated!

Does it happen only when you connect to USB?
Connect anything or a certain USB device?

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: fffffa13077f1ba0, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002a982a9, address which referenced memory

    Hi Cybercore,

Does it happen only when you connect to USB?
My keyboard, mouse, webcam and headset is attached all the time, so I do not really know.

Connect anything or a certain USB device?
I have tried to remove headset and webcam, that did not help anything.

I will update the suggested drivers and uninstall, I hope that helps. I will post my progress!

    Thx!

Hmm, I do not have PC Doctor installed, could it be something else that I have to uninstall?
