    Windows Explorer has stopped responding

I cannot seem to be able to take a screenshot of the actual problem. I am only able to take a screenshot of what I am doing that is creating the problem.

Anyhow, I am trying to move a photo from my iphone to my PC. This problem occurs no matter where I want to move this photo. Upon trying to move the photo, windows gives me a error saying "Windows Explorer has stopped responding" I let it run and it then comes to another pop up window saying "Windows Explorer is now restarting" I let it run, and it acts like it is going to restart, but it doesn't restart. The screen just blinks.

I've ran windows update several times. I've installed any updates it showed that it needed. I've restarted my pc several times. And nothing is seeming to work right now.

I run on Windows 7. I haven't used my laptop to it's full extent in about 3-4 months. I used to be a hard core gamer on World of Warcraft. I haven't played it in a while since me and my fiance are trying to save every penny for our new home. I have a HP Pavilion dv4. I do not run on Intell. I run on Vision AMD. The last user on my laptop was my fiance but alls he did was make a video for his work. Nothing else, I was directly beside him. He didn't even touch FireFox.

I'd really love to resolve this issue. I've had this laptop between 1-2 years. This is the ONLY problem I've encountered and have ever had with this laptop. I wish laptops could stay problem free

BTW: I am accessing the photos from my iphone via this order
    Computer
    Mrs. Smooth (Iphone)
    Internal Storage
    DCIM (file folder)
    800AAAAA (file folder)
    **list of photos**

    THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!

try disabling you antivirus/security software before opening itunes or attempting to copy anything to the iphone... you can always just email it to yourself if nothing else works and this is your only issue.

I did end up emailing the "wanted" photo myself. I'm not copying anything TO the iphone. I just tried that option anyhow.
    It sadly didn't work.
