BSOD when switching user

As the title stated. When I want to switch from an admin account to another one, either from the start panel or the log-on screen, I often get a BSOD. sometimes when I'm lucky I don't get it, but most of the time I'm getting a BSOD after I click "switch user".

I bought this(Dell 1737) back in January, 2010 which came with a Vista Home Premium x86, and I upgraded it in November to windows 7 professional x64.I had been using the SP1 RC since the upgrade until last week when I uninstalled it and updated to SP1 this week. I hadn't got any problem when I first installed Windows 7, don't know when it started having the problem, but it is certain that the problem started before I updated to SP1 this week. No re-installation done.

I hope someone could kindly help me resolve the problem, Thank you. I have attached the zip file needed.

Regards,
shutdo

EDIT: minidump enabled, updated zip file

This is a Kernel Memory Dump - not Small MiniDump files.
For OP (shutdo) - you must change the settings...

To ensure minidumps are enabled:
** Until a .dmp file is generated, the Minidump folder may not exist.**

*Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl Press Enter.
*Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery... Settings.
*Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
*Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kb) in the drop down box.
*Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as%systemroot%\Minidump.
*OK.
Reboot if changes have been made.

I've updated the minidump file. and something interesting happened just now, after I enabled the minidumps, I tried to get a BSOD by switching user several times, nothing happened, it worked....so I thought of what I usually do but I didn't this time, which is overclocking my GPU, so I overclocked my GPU using GPUtool (I used to OC with MSI Afterburner but for some reasons after I updated to version 2.1.0, I couldn't get it work) and switch user again, and it worked again....then I set to default GPU clock and tried again...guess what, BSOD....Yes, I usually reset the clock value after playing games, and often play games. Guess I found a cause of it at least but can't fix it....
(I had the problem when I use MSI Afterburner)
My Graphic card driver is up-to-date.

NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS (35)
A higher level driver has attempted to call a lower level driver through
the IoCallDriver() interface, but there are no more stack locations in the
packet, hence, the lower level driver would not be able to access its
parameters, as there are no parameters for it. This is a disasterous
situation, since the higher level driver "thinks" it has filled in the
parameters for the lower level driver (something it MUST do before it calls
it), but since there is no stack location for the latter driver, the former
has written off of the end of the packet. This means that some other memory
has probably been trashed at this point.
