       Warning

ASACPI.sys the old version is a huge cause of BSOD's
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
    Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010.

       Warning
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.
    Code:
    sptd.sys 0x8ae23000 0x8af16000 0x000f3000 0x4ad245ea 12/10/2009 00:54:02

Old drivers, remove any Ulead burning software
    Code:
    ASACPI.sys 0x917ec000 0x917ed420 0x00001420 0x411c2d04 13/08/2004 06:52:52
    ULCDRHlp.sys 0x917f8000 0x917feb00 0x00006b00 0x41c9dd4d 23/12/2004 00:47:09
    cledx.sys 0x92f1d000 0x92f2b000 0x0000e000 0x427fa729 09/05/2005 22:08:41

Update your AMD Radeon display driver since it is outdated
    AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

Please remove that Ulead Software, dump blames the cdrom.sys driver as the cause. This occurs when Burning software such as Ulead CD/DVD is used. Note that the software is ultra outdated(dates back to 2004)

    Code:
    ULCDRHlp.sys 0x91997000 0x9199db00 0x00006b00 0x41c9dd4d 23/12/2004 00:47:09

Very thanks, but there must be some hardware error 'cause my PC sometime starts without "OK-beep" and show blackscreen only. I made RAM and HDD test and both are OK. Is possible to identify which hardware? or do you need some info/file in addition? new dump: http://saj.tym.cz/040811-19609-01.dmp

No beeps means that something is wrong with the hardware itself. Check your cable connections for defects and try to re-plug them. Your PSU/CPU could also be faulty

So dump not says exactly which hardware made error?
I really controlled all cables, connecting etc. also made RAM and HDD test (both OK) and newly CPU test in other PC. So it must be PSU you mean?

Yes it is most likely the issue since you tested all other components

Im changing PSU now and no beeps persists. So I return the motherboard to shop 'cause now is 100% totally clear that motherboard was the cause of all my troubles.
LAST THANKS mr. yowanvista, I hope I will not write more :))
