Remove pro tools? Can I re-install it later? because pro tools is now officially compatible with Windows 7. If i can't use pro tools, i can't use windows 7.

I have alredy enabled Driver verifier. Should i do it again?

At least remove Pro Tools until we get these BSODs sorted out. After that, you can reinstall it.

If you haven't been having any problems, no need to enable verifier. If you have been, or get more crashes, enable it again.

Did as you instructed me Jonathan_king. I have removed Pro Tools and enabled the verifier. Just had another Blue Screen crash. Is it possible there is something wrong with the hardware perhaps?

Could your audio drivers be the diginet.sys drivers I am seeing? What is the make/model of your PC? What sound card do you have?

Let's test RAM. Please follow these directions: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

I just found out what the diginet.sys was - it was a driver for a mixing desk. (Sinse pro tools is a music making application). But i don't use that mixing desk so i erased it. gonna try and see how this works before i try out the RAM, CPU and the harddrivess (Since it's quite time consuming)

I'll write back with my results!

I was just re-reading the thread, and I noticed the above.

Yes, the memtest ISO is designed to be run from boot - it does not work if you mount it and run it from within Windows.

If getting rid of diginet.sys fails to fix it then follow the instructions in this tutorial to run memtest.
