consistent Blue Screen Error

OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
came pre-installed on system (brand new Acer aspire 5742g).
only modification extra 1 gb RAM added to make total 4gb.

once did the recovery for factory condition after several BSODs (several because if startup was ok every program worked fine...but sometimes if one program started crashing it crashed till system restarted. but after sometime windows updates stopped working and no fixes worked..and BSODs became more frequent).

even after recovery situation is same i don't know wheather RAM is faulty or some software issue..........once performed memory diagnostic of windows..which said something about hardware being faulty......i also did whocrashed analysis which is also attached.

It looks to me like memory issues. I'd start off by following the instructions for running memtest
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
is pointing at freed memory.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff878088bd548, memory referenced.
Arg2: 0000000000000001, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation.
Arg3: fffff80003772f00, If non-zero, the instruction address which referenced the bad memory
    address.
Arg4: 0000000000000005, (reserved)
