Win7 Home 32 bit BSOD and Update Failure

Hi people. I'm new to this forum and would like to say hello to one and all.

I have a recent recurring problem with Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit failing to install Windows updates.
Since upgrading to Win7 in late December 2010, update worked for about 4 months with little problem. Lately though this has not been the case.
I am also experiencing intermittent BSOD's and crashing of all Browsers, I don't know if they're connected.

I hope someone at this forum can help me sort out my problems with this computer or Windows 7.

    Thanks for your time

    Hi and welcome to SF!
With respect to the error in updates, well, sometimes it happens, though very rarely, indeed. Since about the BSODs, read:https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

Thanks much for the redirect for the BSOD part of my problem.
Will get right on it after I get the updates section fixed; I hope.
Don't want to be doing too many things at the same time; still a noob, you know.
