    Please help BSD IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello guys, recently my system started to have BSODs.
    I am running a genuine Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 on a Sony Vaio VGN-FW465J.
I dunno what causes them exactly but usually the crashes happen when i'm using Skype, uTorrent, and google chrome at the same time.
I am using a WiFi connection.
    Here are the details:
    Dump File: 022311-19032-01.dmp
    Bug Check String: IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    Bug Check Code: 0x0000000a
    Parameter 1: 00000000'00000000
    Parameter 2: 00000000'00000002
    Parameter 3: 00000000'00000000
    Parameter 4: fffff800'0321d477
    Caused By Driver: hal.dll
    Caused By Address: hal.dll+2477
Also i have attached the mini dump file as i think the details given are not enough, I used BlueScreenViewer to see these details..
    Thanks a lot!
