I have now gone through all of the drivers in verifier and none of them killed it this time. At least not doing them individually. I can get my system to freeze the exact same way every time though. I open media center, go to netflix, start watching instant movie, then when I try to close it. boom frozen. Works every time.

I just had a crazy ideal, do you have ffdshow installed? (or a codec pack that contained it)
If so try removing it now.

run it, in the first box on the left how many items are there?

As soon as I get it back ill run it. It is almost like it is having a brainfart when going from a movie (netflix under media center) back to the menu. If that makes any sense. I does this every time.

well the best thing to do, (just to rule out codecs interfering) would be to remove all the codec packs, and codecs you've added to the system since you got it.

I've been using netflix on both my desktops and my laptop for awhile now , and that's the only issue I hit with it, was for some reason ffdshow kept trying to activate when it was streaming.

I hadnt installed any codec packs. CCCP showed all needed to be installed. I also needed to install the latest directx. So all installed except the ffdshow tryout. Now that they are all installed I will restart re-run the pc health and the other test and repost them.

now that they are all installed a reboot shouldn't be required, if the source of the problem was codec related it should be fixed immediately.

Here is the newest health report and the other scan. Since the first set I have:
    updated intel drivers
new advanced install of nvidia drivers: did the clean install version
install the codec pack from cccp
install the newest version of direct x
run verifier on all drivers indiviually

I take it the problem is still occurring after all of these changes?
