Just passing by but in the newest DMP the cause was probably the HDAudBus.sys (your audio driver) and you have several old drivers needing update.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 00000000, The address that the exception occurred at

How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

You have no Windows Updates installed. Please visit Windows Updates and get ALL available updates for your system. Then update the drivers on your system, then visit Windows Update and check the Important Updates - select and install Service Pack 1.

The PERFMON report says that your Microsoft Away Mode System, is disabled. (ACPI\AWY0001\2-DABA3FF-1)
Here's a link to a Google search about it: Microsoft Away Mode System - Google Search
In short, I've seen problems with this being disabled in XP, but don't have any experience with it in Vista/Win7. I'd suggest getting all Windows Updates and updating your motherboard/chipset drivers/utilities from the Asus website. I suspect that getting the Windows Updates will fix this issue.

I suspect the Windows Updates will fix this error (which occurs repeatedly in your Event Viewer System logs):

As both Maguscreed and zigzag3143 have already stated, the most likely cause for this is your Audio drivers. If updating them doesn't fix it then we have to decide if this is a hardware, compatibility, 3rd party, or Windows issue. There are several ways to do this, the easiest being to run Driver Verifier for a while (gathering data for 3 or 4 crashes).

We can also run these free stress tests to rule out some of your other hardware:
Quote:
FurMark download site: FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
NOTE: Set the alarm to go off at 90บC. Then watch the system from that point on. If the system doesn't display a temperature, watch it constantly and turn it off at the first sign of video problems. DO NOT leave it it unmonitored, it can DAMAGE your video card!!!
- Click "Quit" to exit
Quote:
Prime95 download site: Free Software - GIMPS
Prime95 Setup:
- extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
- double click on the executable file
- select "Just stress testing"
- select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight please run the "Small FFTs" test instead. (run all 3 if you find a problem and note how long it takes to error out with each)
- "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
This won't necessarily crash the system - but check the output in the test window for errors.
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.
More details on the use of this test: Torture test your CPU with Prime95
Quote:
Two other video stress tests (may be more stressful than FurMark):
Video Memory stress Test - ะœะ˜ะ NVIDIA / ะฃั‚ะธะปะธั‚ั‹ / VMT
Artifact Locator - ะœะ˜ะ NVIDIA / ะฃั‚ะธะปะธั‚ั‹ / Artifact Locator
Sorry, but I don't read the language that this website is made in.
Quote:
Another interesting test that just came to my attention: Download - OCCT Website english
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - program doesn't have a whole bunch of safety features to protect you from yourself!
Finally, to clarify about the sequencing of updates - Service Pack installations that fail are usually caused by either malware or older drivers.

First, I suggest that you run several independent scans to ensure that your system is clean. Here's a list of some free one's: Free Online AntiMalware Scanners (read the details at the link)

Next, get ALL available Windows Updates from the Windows Update site. Don't attempt to install Service Pack 1 at this time.

Then, visit the HP website and update ALL of your drivers. Update the drivers for any add-on cards/USB devices that you may be using (from the device manufacturer's website). If the HP website doesn't have drivers for the devices - then visit the support website of the actual manufacturer of the device to get the latest Win7 drivers.

Then, visit Windows Update and select the Important Updates in order to get and install Service Pack 1. IME this usually takes more than an hour to install - so don't let the computer sleep/hibernate while it's doing this.

Then see if you can generate the problem again. Let us know what happens.
Good luck!

Finally, if all that doesn't work, we'll also have to look at your video drivers/hardware - as the rest of the memory dumps all seem to point to them.

The Furmark test listed above will help with that - but also check the advice at this link for other suggestions: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting
The ultimate test here is trying another video card - but DON'T buy one (at this point) unless you can return it for a full refund.

Check the HP website for BIOS updates, but DON'T install them yet (I'm unable to locate any BIOS updates for this system). The dumps indicate that your BIOS dates from 2006 (v 3.04) - so I'd have to wonder if there's updates available that may help with your issues.

OLDER DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Please update these drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall/remove them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
- Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers:
