BSODs in New Build

Glad I finally found a forum where I can get specific info about BSODs! I recently just pieced together a custom build and I am having trouble getting it to run stock stable. I have been getting a couple different BSODs and would like to know what specifically is causing them so i can replace the driver or hardware. Ive attached the system health report and the mini dumps from the BSOD's for analysis.

Specs:
MOBO GA_890FXA_UD5
CPU Phenom IIx6 1090t under a Cooler Master Hyper 212+
PSU Corsair 750HX
GPU Gigabyte 6950 2gb
RAM Corsair 8gb Vengeance 9-9-9-24 1600 1.5v(am currently only running 4gb at 9-9-9-24) @1333 and 1.51v).
HDD WD Caviar Black 640gb

Its win 7 Pro 64 bit
Its a fresh install with upgrade media only drivers installed so far and stability applications.
Its oem retail copy for custom system builders

Ok so to explain RAM issue I have individually tested both sticks in memtest86 and they have passed but when paired and tested the sticks freeze the test without fail within seconds always on test #1 at 5%. The mobo also refuses to post when they are manually set at there rated speed of 1600.

Thanks in advance!

All you uploaded was the .exe file that you were supposed to run

Oh sorry about that, I think this one should be correct, thanks.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8800165f3de, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880031a75b8, Exception Record Address

Ok so I Installed service pack 1, updated driver, uninstalled easy tune 6, then did the driver verifier and restarted. Upon reboot I immediately got a BSOD Ive not gotten before and windows went back to system restore point. So i repeated all the steps again except this time Easy tune 6 wont respond to the uninstaller in control panel > programs and features. Service pack 1 was still installed though. But everything else I re did and same result. Same BSOD on start up and windows goes back to system restore. I now get an error on every start up saying " could not load test file language.xml" which im positive is coming from Easy Tune 6 when is tries to open on start up.

Ive enclosed an updated BSOD mini dump file

Thanks
