BSOD at logoff, multiple computers, random occurances

We have 3 middle school labs of 30 Dell Optiplex 380 running Win 7 Pro, 1 GB RAM. Each lab has BSOD at logoff at random times, random machines. Here is one:

I have saved the minidump files from 6 computers that I observed the logoff blue screen. Each minidump folder has 2 files. one from the day I observed (3.23.11) and the other from 3.14.11.
All computers have been imaged with Ghost v8. One lab has only Windows and Microsoft Office 2007. The other 2 labs have other software installed, yet all are experiencing this same BSOD.

Suggest you give us the dmp files from one of the computers to analyze....to enable us to assist you better with the BSOD symptoms.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

As my learned partner said we need the DMP files. However, the 8e bugcheck is often associated with third party remote control applications especially if associated with win32.sys

The 3 DMP files were from different computers. The blue screen happens on the majority, if not all computers in this (and one other) lab. We are running DeepFreeze v7. I would like to try SP1 for Win7, but others in the department are reluctant.

We have/had the same issue. Deep freeze 7.21 fixes majority of the bluescreens atleast the logoff ones. There is still a known issue of system hangs. We have sent in dump files for support.
