Driver verifier should run in safe mode but when your in safe mode your not loading the same drivers as you would in normal mode.

Your BSOD are being caused by some USB device. What do you have plugged into your computer?

Please also update your audio drivers if you can. One of your crashes blamed the HD Audio Bus Driver. You can download the latest from here

I disabled usbfilter.sys from the verifier because it simply wouldn't let me load, but to you question, I have the HP keyboard that shipped with my computer, an HP mouse, and sometimes I will have an Xbox 360 controller in , or a Turtle Beach headset, but as for this particular crash, all I had in was my keyboard/mouse, DVI-I monitor, ethernet, and a wireless "antennae" that came stock with my computer. Also, as soon as I get the chance (12:00 ish), I will upload some of the bluescreens I got whilst running verifier.

As promised, here are my BSOD's that I got while running the Driver Verifier... I was unable to instal the audio driver until now, because quite frankly, my dl speed sucks. But it will be done momentarily. Also when I tried running the NT6 BSOD analyzer thingmabob, my computer would crash in the middle of it, so I'll upload what I have...

Let's start off by uninstalling MagicDisk as it was the cause for the majority of the crashes.

Can you also run an elevated command prompt (search cmd in start menu, right click, run as administrator) and type verifier /query and tell me what it says.

You are also getting a lot of crashes from your usbfilter.sys driver. What types of USB devices do you have hooked up? There was no MSINFO32 file in your report so I can't look myself.

Uninstalling MagicDisc.

After typing in verifier /query it return:

Code:
C:\Windows\system32>verifier /query
4/3/2011, 5:57:15 PM
No drivers are currently verified.
And I will upload the NT6 BSOD stuff along with this post. It didn't show up in the last one because I would Bluescreen while the NT6BSOD was running. You can check the file you mentioned, and I'll tell you. I have a "stock" HP keyboard, and an HP mouse that was thrown in with my computer. Other than that, I have my DVI monitor plugged in, as well as my ethernet cord. I will check on this post later, but I won't be with my computer, just my laptop.

Ok. For some reason you don't have driver verifier enabled. Please follow the guide on how to enable it.

Please also uninstall HPAdvisorDock. It crashes over and over in your logs.

Oh sorry, it is currently disabled, because of some reason , I have been running it for the whole day mins the past 2 hours. I will soon start it back up. The most recent BSOD's happened while I ran the verifier.

Since I'm back in the saddle at last, I can uninstall HPAdvisorDock. I'll continue running the driver verifier, and I'll also try to replicate a BSOD. I'll report back when/if I have a few dmp files.

So, I ran the Driver Verifier 24 hours+ with no errors this round, the only thing that the Verifier didn't check was the usbfilter.sys. So, I just restarted the Verifier with usbfilter.sys checked off, and just like before, I got a BSOD just after Windows loaded, so I never saw my actual desktop, just the loading screen.

I was wondering as well, would it be alright if I uninstalled usbfilter.sys? I have been checking around on Google, and I've seen some posts (that spoke of the same AMD USB filter driver) and the post said that it would be OK if I uninstalled. Could someone confirm this? I'll also upload the report from NT6...

EDIT: I forgot to only include the most recent BSOD. The BSOD that relates to the usbfilter.sys should be the most recent one: 040411-25272-01.dmp

Instead of deleting it, which is irreversible, change the driver from .sys to .bak. This will prevent it from load and should stop your BSODs.

EDIT: Is AMDUSBFilter listed in the add/remove programs?

EDIT2: You can try download the newest release of the southbridge drivers and see if that corrects the problem before you uninstall it
