You have about 8 different causes all pointing to hardware. Read here what it means and what to try.

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

You can read more on this error and what to try here... Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try - Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Also you have some ancient driver that in themselves can cause crashes. Obviously from way before win 7

    Code:
    lirsgt.sys 3/6/2004 03:53:01 PM fffff880`06cde000 fffff880`06ceb000 0x0000d000 0x404a2c1d
    RTCore64.sys 5/25/2005 02:39:12 AM fffff880`0718d000 fffff880`07193000 0x00006000 0x42941d90
    pcouffin.sys 12/5/2006 10:39:30 AM fffff880`043ca000 fffff880`043de380 0x00014380 0x457584a2
    atksgt.sys 10/20/2008 03:50:38 AM fffff880`06c7d000 fffff880`06ccc000 0x0004f000 0x48fc384e
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: ffffffffffffff85, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
        bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80003480967, address which referenced memory

    Debugging Details:
