i follewed the instructions about the crash dump report and here it is

windows 7 ultimate x64 retail

CPU: AMD phemon II x4 965 BE
RAM : 6 GB 1333 DDR3 (ADATA)
MB: GB 790XTA-UD4
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GT 240 DDR5 512 MB

I have been getting this BSOD quiet frequently. It comes at anytime if the computer is loged off, idle, if playing games, if burning cds, or if just surfing the net. I have ran memtest with about 9 pass and 0 fail.
