Random reboots with no BSOD and some few with BSOD

Hi guys, this problem is killing me, I am hoping to finish this post before another reboot.

About a month ago my computer started restarting randomly and bsod at other times. Thought it was the memory, replaced it, thought it was cooling, totally blew out my system and reapplied thermal paste to the cpu as well.

Reinstalled windows and initially it used to crash/hang/reboot during the windows installation. Till one day it just "allowed" me to install windows.

I even had removed everything till my system was barebone at one point ... harddrive mobo ram cpu and display.

Running ...
windows 7 ultimate x64
evga 680i sli
qx 6700 not oc
4GB (2x2GB) Ballistix DIMM Memory Kit
1x1gb CORSAIR XMS2 DOMINATOR
8800gtx
soundblaster fatality pro gamer

manually went to the vendor site and updated all the drivers to current and still the same problem

Thanks in advance guys.

This one was probably caused by sptd.sys
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place.

As soon as I manually restarted from uninstalling daemon tools and the sptd driver. When I logged back on, no longer than about 4 minutes and it rebooted itself again.

this time it wasnt a bsod, how would one go about finding logs to an instant reboot?

If my pc is running, ill remote it with grab whatever information you need. But this time it wasnt a bsod, only an instantaneous reboot.

I would still like the report. There is more information in there then just BSOD dumps that's needed for proper analysis.
