Hello,

I'm wondering if a BIOS update may cure this; please install the latest BIOS from here: MSI Global โ€“ Download Center
Code:
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. V2.0, 25/10/2007
Install SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Once that's installed, install ESET again if you wish.

You might also run some hardware diagnostics; start with the Small FFTs and Blend Prime95 tests. Run the Large FFTs later, when you find it convenient.

Sorry i havent updated in a cpl of days guys.
I havent had a chance to run the tests jonathan has proposed to be honest im a bit panicked by the cpu one incase i screw mine up cnt afford to get a new one so its got me a little wary but like i said earlier the verifier would not even let me start up my pc so im uploading the latest minidumps to see if u can see any driver problems i think the one off the 31 or 30 is the one directly after the verifier so thats probably the one to look at the latest 2 are from today the gap inbetween BSODs is because i have not been using my pc in a cpl of days if you need me to uninstall the stuff i put back on just ask

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.

Blames the direct x system driver. I seriously doubt that's actually the problem though, usually I would assume a graphics card driver issue caused this fault.

You could try completely wiping all the nvidia drivers then reinstalling the latest again.
Ran into an issue with my old 8800gtx and the latest nvidia drivers and a wipe/install fixed it.
Guru3D - Driver Sweeper (Setup) download from Guru3D.com
I use driver sweeper, the actual nvidia uninstaller doesn't seem to actually remove everything.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
