BSOD mutible error codes possible RAM

I just got my new computer and I've been getting Blue screens regularly. I've got multiple reasons for the errors but most often KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED . I also occasionally get pop up error saying that it can't read/write some address. I thought it was memory problem and ran memtest86+ for 13 hours with no errors.

I formatted the computer but am still getting BSOD. The specs of my computer are:
Operating System
MS Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
CPU
Intel Atom D425 @ 1.80GHz 67 C
Pineview-D 45nm Technology
RAM
2.0GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 400MHz (6-6-6-15)
Motherboard
Intel Corporation Corbett Park CRB (CPU 1) 38 C
Graphics
Generic PnP Monitor (1024x600@60Hz)
Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
Hard Drives
313GB Western Digital WDC WD3200BEVT-22ZCT0 ATA Device (SATA)

Any thoughts?

Hello,

You may need to run hardware tests...

RAM - Test with Memtest86+
https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

This 2009 version is a known BSOD cause. Update it - Realtek

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c000001d, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 8904a211, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: a6a199a0, Trap Frame
Arg4: 00000000
