DIY Biostar System Keeps Blue Screening -PSHED.dll, NTLOS Kernel

Windows 7 x64 Full retail install
Hardware was purchased November 2010 Windows install from just before Xmas - have not reinstalled yet.

I built this system with my youngest son as his Christmas present. He loves the computer but not the ongoing intermittent crashes that are occurring. This morning the system has crashed a good 6-7 times so problem seems to be getting worse. Have tried various BIOS settings, updated all firmware, drivers, BIOS updates available.

Any help with this problem is much appreciated. I am an A+, Net+ IT administrator for over 12 years with a large fortune 500 company. I have built many systems, some where the hardware would not play nice at certain front side bus speeds, etc. but never a system that I could not get stable. The BIOSTAR BIOS allows a lot of advanced settings, etc. Optimal defaults and many other settings I have tried have not helped in eliminating this problem. I have used an older version of Hiren's boot DVD and ran many diagnostics. Motherboard checks out, ran Memtest overnight, no crashes, etc. Really puzzled on this one.

Hoping to learn something new since I do not claim to be a hardware expert...but I do have a lot of experience. HELP )
