Well, this one has the CPU referencing a completely invalid instruction pointer with eip. Honestly, the fact that win32k is referenced means nothing - the CPU registers are all invalid, meaning either you have something completely overflowing the stack at the time of the crash, or this is bad hardware (CPU or RAM).

so is another memory dump needed then? Any tests to confirm if its either the cpu/ram?

This dump calls out that the system was working in the Malware System driver (mpfilter.sys), and then crashed. Are we sure this system is clean from viruses/malware?

I do not have any popups or anything that suggests a virus... As well about 2-3 weeks ago i ran antivirius scans with Kaspersky, malwarebytes and asquared. This was as per suggestion by someone in another forum. The tests found nothing.

If that's the case, consider disabling / removing any antivirus and antispyware software (temporarily), and disabling Windows Defender. Run a chkdsk C: /f /r from an elevated cmd prompt, and once that completes (after the reboot), make sure to do an sfc /scannow from an elevated cmd prompt. Once both complete (resolve any errors either finds, of course), please reinstall antivirus (to be safe) and do another scan. Hopefully after that the problem won't continue. Otherwise, there may be a hardware problem here, because that's really the only other explanation for this very odd behavior.

As with most hardware, CPU and RAM can be faulty themselves or the socket which leads to motherboard.

Start with an easy one, if you haven't already, re-seat the RAM.
Did you follow the Memtest86+ tutorial?
Run the test with all cards installed or individually?
Can you give more details on the RAM? Number of cards? Which OCZ RAM, P/N?

Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and memory controller voltages are.

For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

If you have CPU thermal paste, check the CPU for proper seating and bent pins.
Be sure to clean and re-apply the thermal paste.

    Have you checked CPU temps?
Use Real Temp and let us know the idle and max load temps.

Check all cables and the motherboard for possible grounding points.
