Ran CPU, GPU, Memory test NO Errors. When in IDLE in Win no problems but when I start for example playing some game there is an random crash, just black screen and then restart. I have new CPU, GPU, Power Supply, Main Board.

    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
    x64
    - the original installed OS on the system?
    Win7 x64
    - an OEM or full retail version?
    full retail version
    - What is the age of system (hardware)?
except HDD all less then 2 weeks
HDD about 3 years but no prob appeared.
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)
    about half a year.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Have you checked the temperature of the video card?
Have you tried taking the card out and re-seating it in the motherboard?

Can you go to C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG and copy a couple of the files from there and upload them here?

Try running a video card stress test

I found out that the problem is caused by ntkrnlmp.exe any idea?

I have also just flashed my BIOS...
