    Your Xbox360 controller device driver seems to be the cause, please remove the controller from the PC and uninstall the device software

    YES THANKS! The XBOX controller is the reason, everytime it connects and disconnects cause the wire is broke, it goes blue screen, AMAZING THANKS!
