Random yet persisting BSODs

Hey everyone,

First time user here with a BSOD problem. Usually I can google and fix the problems but this one seems like a tough one =[, so that is why I came here for expert advice.

The BSOD would happen around at very random times. Sometimes two in a row or sometimes a month apart, which makes debugging a pain in the butt.

Sometimes it will show the blue screen, it doesnt leave any minidump file for me to debug, nor does it leave anything in the System Log. The BSOD always just say "Collecting data from crash dump"

Every time, it would be a different error code.

Specs:
Gigabyte EP45-UD3LR
Intel Q8300
OCZ 4GB DDR2-800 SLI READY
Silverstone Element ST50EF-PLUS
XFX 9500GT
2x 1TB Seagate 7200.10 in Raid 0

Things I have checked:
Memtest for 12+ hours
Intel CPU Burn-in Test for 7 passes
No overclocking


I have attached what is outlined is required for BSOD.

I also have attached three camera photos of the BSOD.

The one with the black screen was one that I captured a month ago.
The two BSOD happened 10 minutes within each other.

There are more BSOD than this, but I dont have photos of it.

Last fresh install of Windows: January 2011

Hardware age:
Motherboard - Jan 2009
CPU - Aug 2010
RAM - Aug 2009
PSU - Apr 2007
HD - Dec 08 (One was RMA'ed in Jan 2011)

Are you sure you have the latest driver for your hardware, especially your video card

It was the one I installed in January.

So should I update all my drivers or only the video card driver?

There is no .DMP files...

To ensure minidumps are enabled:
** Until a .dmp file is generated, the Minidump folder may not exist.**

*Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl Press Enter.
*Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
*Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
*Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kb) in the drop down box (the 256kb varies).
*Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
*OK.
Reboot if changes have been made.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

Okay. I guess I will have to wait for another BSOD before I can post it up?

Change the settings, wait for a BSOD and then do the Posting Instructions again.

I just had a BSOD and it does not seem like it produced a Minidump file again since system32\Minidump doesnt exist.

I have attached the BSOD screen, screenshot of my settings, and the zip file that is produced using the utility.

Did I do something wrong?

The settings look OK, make sure Automatically Restart box is unticked.
Are you running Cleaning Programs such as CCleaner? If so, make sure it is configured to not delete mini dumps.

Head over to C:\Windows, is there a MiniDump Folder?

I dont have any Cleaning Programs and there isnt a MiniDump Folder in C:\Windows

Create one and name it Minidump
Put it in C:\Windows

and then wait for a BSOD. Check in C:\Windows\Minidump after that and see if you get a dump file. If so, create a new BSOD report and upload it.
