    Random BSOD

    Hey everybody!

I got random BSOD and i don't now what to do. Sometimes the PC runs a few hours without any problems and then it crashes every 10 minutes. Most it crashes in Idle i guess...
I've already ran Memtestx86+ and it found two errors. Then i removed all RAMs and checked every RAM at single - no error found. Finally i found one RAM that occured the errors (i hope it was this one) in Dual Channel mode. But the BSOD continues...
I've attached a few Minidumps and i hope that someone can help me.
The PC is about 4 month old and had this Crashes from beginning. I've already reeinstalled Windows with no success.
    My hardware: Foxconn H55M Mainboard, Intel i7 870, Nvidia GTX470, Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, 4x2GB Kingmax DD3-1333

Thank you in advance for your help!

Remove that RAM stick and monitor for more BSODs
Basically dumps all point to a hardware error

Since your graphic drivers were also involved I strongly recommend to update to the latest version, yours is dated 02/04/2010

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.

Bad RAM slots on the mobo may also be the cause, put the other RAM stick in another slot

Ok then i try this an let memtest run overnight to see if there is an error yet. Is there something i should do to figure out what the BSOD causes?

Now I've updated the Nvidia Driver and as the Installer attendet to restart the PC i got a BSOD "IRQL not less or equal". Minidump attached.
I had to start Windows in safe mode to remove the corrupted driver and then reeinstall it. And i recognized that of the 6GB of RAM installed only 4GB are displayed - in Windows and at booting up the PC...
What's goin on with this machine?

The fact that Windows only detects 4GB may be due to a defective RAM slot on the mobo itself, it may be the cause of the BSODs

Run SFC SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Attempt to reinstall the Nvidia driver in safe mode

This crash was caused by cng.sys. I would be extremely concerned as the only references I could find to it show it as a virus.
Run a scan of Malwarebytes in safe mode with networking

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

caused by drivers using improper addresses.

Ok, SFC got no issue and Malwarebytes found no infections but at the first run Windows (in Safe mode) crashed, without BSOD just restarted.
So it seems not to be a virus!?
Tomorrow i check the RAM Slots to figure out why just 2 of the 3 installed sticks are recognized. Maybe it's just a defect slot - hopefully
Do you have any other idea what could be the issue?
