Baffled on BSOD
Hello All,
I think I've followed posting instructions. Here is some background on this system in question:
Custom Built
- ASUS M4A785-M Motherboard
- AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition AM3 CPU - 3.2GH with OEM cooling fan and heatsink that came with the CPU
- Crucial Ballistix PC6400 DDR2 800MHz (4 x 2048) RAM (8GB total)
- HDD - WD Caviar 500GB Serial ATA HD 7200/32MB/SATA-3G
- Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500-watt power Supply
- Lite ON 24X DVDRW SATA OEM
- Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
I received a BSOD with STOP Error message of 0x0000007E. I have attached the Minidmp files. I've been struggling with this one for a while. It appears to be a RAM issue but I've ran Ultra X diagnostics firmware (Quicktech Premium) on the PC with all hardware tests passing.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
BC
