Do you think just reformatting it will fix this all together? All hardware tests I have run in the past always show no errors...

Here are some more dump files... One happened when I was not home and the other happened just a couple of minutes ago when compressing the DMP files in a rar file...

Driver verifier isn't catching any 3rd party drivers. So it's either hardware issues or you have too many drivers selected. Try choosing only half as many drivers as you have now and let DV run for another 24hours.

One of your dumps lists memory_corruption as the cause. But you've stated that you've run both Memtest86 and Prime95 with no errors. I'm not sure about that one.

Have you run a CHKDSK yet? - Disk Check
You can also try a System File Check and see if that turns up any results - SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I'm going to get a more experienced analyst to look over this because I'm running out of ideas.

The reason driver verifier isn't catching it is likely because something is trashing the stack base pointer. For example:

4: kd> dc @rbp
00000000`0000000c ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????
00000000`0000001c ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????
00000000`0000002c ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????
00000000`0000003c ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????
00000000`0000004c ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????
00000000`0000005c ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????
00000000`0000006c ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????
00000000`0000007c ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????
This is the reason the kernel is being blamed - the bugcheck goes through the kernel, of course, and since the dump contains no valid register data for the base, walking backward in an automated fashion is not possible. However, the callstack does give us some information, specifically that the kernel was called to trim memory:
4: kd> k
*** Stack trace for last set context - .thread/.cxr resets it

We know the bugcheck is a stop 0x50, so it was a paging fault called from something that was pointing to or running in nonpaged pool memory - and that's our hint, to go along with this stack. In general, no drivers in nonpaged pool can *ever* call something that causes a Trim, because by default NonPaged Pool is just that - memory for drivers and certain kernel structures that can never be paged. Given that if this was a kernel bug we'd probably see a LOT more about this sort of stack on the internet (and of course, a hotfix from Microsoft to fix it), that really does only leave us driver problems or a bad stick (or more) of memory causing the issue. I will suggest what has hopefully already been suggested - update *all* of your drivers to their latest signed, certified, Windows 7-specific versions from their vendors, make sure you're running Windows 7 SP1 and all updates post, and that you have checked your RAM for errors. Given the (very) random nature of the other bugchecks (including the one that spawned this thread), I'd say it's more likely a hardware issue than a driver one, but that's just an educated guess. Stack pointers don't just get trashed - something either corrupts them (driver), or the memory itself is corrupt (causing bad pointers, and later crashes when the OS or a driver goes to use the returned data).

Ok yeah so, I have already updated all drivers, ran memetest for 10 passes with no errors, ran all three tests from prime95 for four hours each with no errors, and ran chkdsk with no errors... im going to run burn-in test for several hours to see if i catch anything and if i dont i am reformatting cause that is the only thing i have left i suppose... I appreciate all your help and will give you an update soon.

Sorry I can't give you more info, but you're capturing minidumps. However, these are pretty clear nonetheless - trimming is happening in nonpaged pool, so either you have a bad driver or bad memory. If you're sure about the hardware, that will leave you with driver issues.

It might be useful to start targeting driver verifier more specifically, and configuring your machine for at least kernel dumps (complete memory dumps would be preferable, of course).

Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

Well i dont know.. i really dont see how it could be either... It doesn't make sense, windows sees every driver as being at the latest version and any hardware driver i have, i have updated to its current version and cant update anything anymore than i have already? Memtest did not catch anything after 10 passes and i have already ran a burn test that tests all hardware at 100% load and no errors were found.... In my logical opinion I think reformatting is my only option at this point... if I still have problems after reformat then it must be a hardware issue.

You make the (possibly incorrect) assumption that if it's a driver, that whatever it is has been fixed . I believe you've done the hardware testing, and would probably agree it's not the hardware (although I've seen everything - always makes sense to double-check yourself to be sure). At that point, it might make sense to remove everything not essential and uninstall the software/drivers for it, disable everything but video in the BIOS, etc, and try again. Other than that, a reinstall is quicker, assuming the problem doesn't return.
