Well i didnt say one way or he other anything has been fixed... All i was saying is that i have tried all the recommended options to no avail...So out of process of elimination and given the options, i feel that a reinstall would be the best next step... and if that doesnt work then looks like im gonna have to take it to a technician to figure out what hardware in my computer is bad since every hardware test is passing with flying colors...

You might have had a rootkit infection. Please follow the instructions from the link below to do a "clean all" on your hard drive before reinstalling windows.

I'd make sure the disk is 100% clean too before continuing, but if you're getting crashes during setup itself that generally only leaves one thing as the possible cause, unfortunately. You probably already know and are aware of this, of course.

Well I have already deleted everything off the disk and while it was in the process of reformatting thats when it happened. So with the disk cleared out how do I clean or scan anything??

Boot to the windows 7 media, and click the "install now" button. At the next screen, press SHIFT+F8 to open a command prompt. In the command prompt, run diskpart, run the command list disk, and make sure disk 0 is your hard drive you're trying to install Windows to. Run select disk 0, then run clean all to run a full clean. See if you get any errors doing that, specifically.

How long does it take for a TB drive? It has been sitting there for quite some time without saying anything after entering "clean all"

The clean finished and my computer now is reformatted... I will keep everyone posted if anything changes... Cross your fingers! Also any recommendations for this new install are more than welcome.
