Well another BSOD. This time it said...

0x000000D1
ndis.SYS

This has to be a hardware issue. I just don't know which piece of hardware is creating this problem...

According to the dump, your realtek driver is causing NDIS to pagefault, thus causing the dump (it's running at an IRQ level of 2, and pagefaulting would be done at an IRQL of 1 - only a higher IRQL can usurp a lower one, so the system would otherwise be in an unrecoverable deadlock). The realtek driver seems fairly new:
Code:
0: kd> lmvm Rt64win7
start end module name
fffff880`04976000 fffff880`049dd000 Rt64win7 T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: Rt64win7.sys

According to the MSI site, those are the latest for your system board, so it might make sense to either contact MSI for support (Realtek doesn't support their chipset on OEM motherboards, only on Realtek-branded cards) or try other (older) driver versions to see if there is any change.

Im calling them to get a whole new motherboard because i know im not getting a bad load of windows every format... It has to be the motherboard itself creating this problem.

Unless you're installing the same driver over and over - good luck to you, though.

Sent a RMA request to MSI... Lets hope that if they do send a new board, these problems will go away...
