According to this dump, services.exe is attempting to terminate a thread (pointer) that does not exist - the memory address looks "right", but there's nothing valid at that address. Did you install anything after installing Windows 7 on this machine? I see you have Avast, a quickcam driver, etc - did these things exist on the other machines?

Yes they did, but I had these on another machine and they never created problems before...

If you install *just* Windows 7, does the problem occur? We are going to have to Sherlock Holmes this and figure it out step-by-step at this point.

The basic of the basic was installed. Nothing out of the ordinary was installed on this computer... I am taking this to a local computer repair technician because I have lost all patience with this thing lol. I appreciate all your help though and I will post the results of what it was on here so everyone knows what my problem was and can learn from it!

Sorry for getting back to this forum so late... The problem I was having was with the memory. It was not the memory itself, but how many RAM sticks I had in the machine. My processor, which is an i7 950, needs triple channel memory. What this means is that it needs at least three sticks of memory at a time or it will not function properly. I only had 2 sticks and once I placed three sticks in the appropriate slots, my computer did not blue screen anymore! Thanks for all of your efforts!

Never heard of triple channel but I'm glad you got this solved. I will keep that in mind when debugging other peoples BSODs.
