You have an old driver that dates back to 2003
This driver is associated to a Biostar software, remove this software

Please uninstall the software and drivers for your Razer Tarantula Keyboard since it is outdated
    Then monitor for further BSOD's.
Then download the latest Windows 7 drivers for your keyboard and install them - and monitor for further BSOD's
    Code:
    BIOS64.sys fffff880`040ee000 fffff880`040f6000 0x00008000 0x3ee27f50 08/06/2003 04:12:00
    Code:
    Lycosa.sys fffff880`06b2b000 fffff880`06b2f980 0x00004980 0x4790689e 18/01/2008 12:51:42
    Are you overclocking an components?

Enable Driver Verifier since dumps show no probable causes
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Then upload the newly created dumps
