Shutdowns constantly.

I keep getting shutdowns. I have been present for a couple of these and there is no BSOD at all. It shuts down as if the power has just been cut. I'm thinking oh no power supply? HDD?

Some info,

Happens every time i try to encode some .mp4's for my phone.
Happened half way through building Android in my Ubuntu VM.

I don't know the first thing about figuring this stuff out on Windows. Not the same as getting a last_kmsg in Android as far as i am aware

I appreciate any help at all in figuring this stuff out.

32bit Windows 7 Ultimate.
