    I downloaded a hardware monitor and it says 7.782v on my 12v rail... wish I had my voltmeter so I could check it out

    Wow thanks for the help guys.. anyways I ended up switching my 630 watt rosewill for a 750 watt corsair hx which is rock solid 12v line unlike the rosewill. Solved the problem!
