BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER BSOD (At my wits end)

Hey guys first time posting but I really need some help. my computer has been BSODing randomly lately with BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER. I tested all my us drivers and they seem fine. Tested my ram and did some stress tests and no errors. I even scanned my hard drive and no issues there either!

Here are my last few BSOD's any help is appreciated!

Minidumps

My system specs are
AMD Phenom II 3Ghz
Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 Mobo
G.Skill Ripjaws 1333 2x4GB
Nvidia GTS250 1GB
WD 1TB Black

Windows Professional x64 Retail

System is about 6 months old
I recently tried installing my os to remove a driver error. Now I'm unsure what is the cause!

information   Information
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE

I did find that on another forum and updated it but as fate would happen the true problem showed itself last night. The system got to the point where it wouldn't even post and when it did it froze in the bios. After talking to ASUS tech support they said it was a MOBO issue that they have seen occasionally. Not very happy about that. All my hardware is in my backup board and is as stable as can be so the HW itself (other than the MOBO) is not the issue. Also this alternate MOBO is so close that I am able to use the same windows install so I can confirm that its not the install/drivers either. That MOBO is about to go back for repairs but I will definitely make the above changes when it comes back! Thanks for the help. I'll let you know how it goes in about 2 weeks if all is well. I'm really missing my sata3 and usb3 speeds lol.

BSOD Help and Support
Looking for help, Multipul BSOD, at my wits end.
Just looking for a push in the right direction as to where I could begin to fix my BSOD. It seems to be random and I cant make sense of my "windbg (X64)" analyses.
