    Random Hangs no BSOD

    Windows 7 x64

    Just put this system together and go everything up and running and it started to have random hangs. No BSOD nothing in the minidump folder (actually no minidump folder).

    By Hang I mean -- Second monitor goes black, Main monitor stays, sound loops, mouse is the last thing to stop working. I have to hold the power button to shut it down. Doesn't respond to any input. Doesn't BSOD, no minidump created (and I have gone into settings and turned it on).

    Seemed to start after I installed the Chipset Drivers from the Mobo's Website.

    Nothing overly relevant in the system or app logs. I get a Kernel Power about it not cleanly shutting down.

    I get the following error as well:
    Session "Microsoft-Windows-Setup" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D
    - <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">

    </Event>

    I don't think it's relevant just a side-effect of manually powering down, but perhaps I am wrong there.

    EDIT: ADDED perfmon report as the instructions indicated.

    Not much new information. Anyone have anything to go off of? The crashes keep happening. Sometimes they are with-in 5 mins of booting, sometimes more like an hour. But at this point my new PC is useless
