Windows 7: BSOD on start up

BSOD on start up

The BSOD is back again! As long as I keep my computer on, it remains very stable. Every time I shut it down and restart, I will get a blue screen. I usually will have to shut down and restart several times before it stabilizes. Then it is no problem until I turn the computer off and then I have to go through the same sequence. Something must be in conflict during the start up procedure. If someone can take a look at the attached dump files, I would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for all the previous help you guys have given me!!!

APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (1)
This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
calls to disable and re-enable APCs. The key data item is the
Thread->KernelApcDisable field. A negative value indicates that a driver
has disabled APC calls without re-enabling them. A positive value indicates
that the reverse is true. This check is made on exit from a system call.
Arguments:
Arg1: 000000007772fd6a, address of system function (system call)
Arg2: 0000000000000000, Thread->ApcStateIndex << 8 | Previous ApcStateIndex
Arg3: 00000000ffff0000, Thread->KernelApcDisable
Arg4: fffff880034f9ca0, Previous KernelApcDisable

I downloaded and installed SP1. I also ran Driver Verifier for about an hour and had a number of blue screens. I have attached the most recent dump files so hopefully you will be able to tell me what is causing the crashes.
Thanks again for your help!

Thanks Dean,
I have performed that tasks that you have outlined in the previous post. After I shut down last night and restarted this morning it could not load windows. After windows did a repair it then ran chkdsk. It mentioned that it had to delete a a AMD file ( I did not write down the full extension). I then ran scannow. In the event viewer it said that the registry hive had been corrupted. everything now seems to be running fine at this time. My history has not been good though. Hopefully I will get to a point where this thing runs trouble free.

thanks for all help though otherwise I would be really frustrated and lost!

Well I had several BSOD and a couple of lock ups. One message I had not seen before and said that the clock interrupt not received on a secondary processor in time allocated. One time I just a jumbled screen of different color rectangles and had to reboot. I have attached the dump file. Hopefully it will tell you something.
Thanks
