Windows 7: No minidump folder exists (it is enabled)

No minidump folder exists (it is enabled)

A process or thread crucial to the system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.

STOP:

0x000000F4
0x0000000000000003
0xFFFFFA800C2F1E10
0xFFFFF8000318BDBO

I don't know what to do or how to find what the cause is.
I ran Seatools, memtest, intel processor diagnostic tool, furmark, prime95. Couldn't found anything.
I was having problems with EIO64.sys before in my old OS, that is why I installed this one, but this one does not have any EIO64.sys driver.

I have a blue screen problem and I have a no-dump-file problem.

This OS is a few weeks old and the computer is over a year old.

I just posted the folder just in case, maybe there is some useful information there.
I know (at least guess) that there is no dump files there.
(minidump is enabled on my notebook)

Can the problem be CMOS battery?
Is CR2032 the right part?

As your PC is set to use 'Minidump' you must create it in root of C: Drive.

In the picture you sent, it is in C:\Windows!
You mean,I must create it in C:\Windows myself?
In my last OS installation, I didn't create it, but it was created by Windows.

Thanks.
I had WhoCrashed on my computer and was wondering why it was not creating the dump files.
