Windows 7: BSoD on login, occasionally on safe mode

BSoD on login, occasionally on safe mode

Ok, so I'm running Windows 7, Home Premium 64 Bit, with 6 GB of ram and 500 GB Hard drive. And everything was fine and dandy until yesterday, in which my computer froze and shut off in the middle of a conversation between me and my friend on steam.

Anyways, I restarted it and it took a couple tries, but it finally stopped BSoD-ing. But then when I shut it off and booted it up later, the BSoD kept coming back and hasn't allowed me to login on Normal Mode since. Now there's a few things to note:

1.) To even get on the internet to post this, I had to start Safe Mode with command prompt, start "explorer.exe" and then restart the computer and run Safe Mode with Networking.

2.) Once every 5 or so times I start in safe mode, it BSoDs me immediately.

3.) When I'm starting in normal mode, I log in and first the computer displays the desktop after taking an unusual amount of time to load it. It then asks me for permission to run UniBlue Speed Up My PC (Which is strange since I disabled all of the Startup Programs, but I'll post again if that was the issue) and then immediately freeze OR it will just blue screen the instant I login.

4.) I can't add my system health report to the attachment because I can't start the Performance Logs and Alerts service in safe mode, sorry.

I've found other issues similar to mine, but none of the solutions worked.

Please help, thanks

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff800022eb448, address which referenced memory

As well as Deans excellent advice. Are you sharing files with your friend? Because you died so suddenly and then have trouble getting it to run, I'd suggest you download TDSSKiller and run it in Safe Mode to rule out a recent and pretty common RootKit. It'll take all of 30 seconds at most to run and is worth it for the peace of mind.
