    Completely un-install Minecraft.
    Keep Chrome.

Then run CPU - Stress Test with Prime95
Prime95 Torture test, 2 hours should be enough for this test.
First open Core Temp to monitor CPU temperatures, don't go over 71°C.
Open Prime95 and stop the test if it is running, in Advanced tab select 'Round off checking', in the Options tab select 'Torture Test...', in the window that opens select 'Blend', after 'Number of torture test threads to run' enter 4, then click OK to start the test.

I'm seeing a lot of Event errors and crashes, let's check if un-installing minecraft will stop these errors and crashes.
If not then it's back to hardware.
Let's look at this re-install for a while, to see if there is a cause here.

This crash is the same one you have gotten before.
    STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory
The SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bug check has a value of 0x0000003B. This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.

If you are getting Minecraft from a less that reputable source, this could be corrupt and/or have a virus.

-Got rid of minecraft, although it was not pirated or anything like that.
-I do turn UAC off, because I find it to be a pain.
    -Never use torrents
-I had free download manager (before clean install), but I rarely used it, and I am not (intentionally) using any accelerators
-Updates are set on automatic, although it defaulted to do them at 3 AM, and my computer is rarely on then. I do not know why so many updates would be failing, and have not been alerted to the failures...
-Will edit with the results of testing.

Edit: Prime crashed my computer 3 times now. First time, the computer was also updating, so that might have produced some more update errors. Second time I reallized that I did not have mini dumps enabled, and so the third time I got a bsod after enabling them. I also checked my bios settings, because before I got a message on start up that said overclocking failed, and it reset to default bios settings, so everything is on auto again. I also still have only one stick of ram installed.

EDIT 2: I was able to reproduce the crash after I changed all the voltages and the command rate to what you told me before--changed voltages + different stick of ram--changed voltages + both sticks of ram.
I also got 2 or three "overclocking failed" messages while trying to start, but I just tried again and was able to start.

Remove all Asus utilities, this specific driver is known to cause crashes in Win7.
    ASACPI ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 10:30:36 2005

Change the RAM card, take one out and put the other one in.
Run Prime95 again, same way as last time, the torture test. This stress the CPU and some of the RAM.

The overclocking failure error also indicates a hardware problem, usually RAM or CPU.

    STOP 0x00000019: BAD_POOL_HEADER
    Usual causes: Device driver
The driver is as expected, Prime95.
This is caused by hardware, most likely RAM and/or CPU.

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    *******************************************************************************

    BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
    verifier to a suspect driver.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000003, the pool freelist is corrupt.
Arg2: fffff80002a4fdb0, the pool entry being checked.
Arg3: effff80002a4fdb0, the read back flink freelist value (should be the same as 2).

(from last post, it was right before you posted)
Does it matter that I had changed the voltages back to where you had told me before?

I was unable to find any asus utilities to "uninstall." I checked program files folders, start menu, and did a whole C disk search.
The driver was in my drivers folder and so I just moved it to another folder (me being able to just move it like that I assume means it was not in use)
It was also in DriverStore\FileRepository\atk2000.inf_amd64_neutral_a91abe245a6c41c8, and I was unable to do anything with it there.

With both sticks of RAM installed you will need the RAM settings I gave you.

With one RAM card installed, it should run on those settings, If it gives the OC failure message change the BIOS settings back to default.

If you put the other RAM card in by itself, with default BIOS settings, do you still get crashes?
If not, run Prime95 torture test.
If your still getting crashes, you need to try a known working RAM card for your system and check for stability.

I have been unable now to get a bsod with any combination of ram and settings... I do not have any ram I could switch mine out with (even checked my grandmothers computer haha ), but I do have a lifetime warranty. Is there a way to be sure that the ram is the problem? I am a little wary about replacing the ram when the crashes are so inconsistent.

Edit: Got a bsod while idling with nothing but chrome running.

The only way, in a case like yours, is to put different RAM in your computer and if it runs with no errors or crashes then that is the proof.

At this stage, you might put other RAM into your system and have the same results.
With no clear cut cause, swapping out hardware is the only way to find the cause.
The possibilities are still software or hardware.
For hardware, I would look at these in this order:
    PSU
    RAM
    CPU
    Motherboard

This is the first crash of this type.
    STOP 0x000000A0: INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

I noticed that your PSU is only 450W, have thought about the possibility that this may be causing some/all of these issues.
Any of the four hardware components listed above can cause the types of issues you are having.
This latest crash, though not specifically meaning the PSU, it does bring it forward as something to check.

    *******************************************************************************

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
You need to check the hardware from the list above, the options are:
    Borrow hardware for testing
Test your hardware in another system
Take your system to a shop
Buy hardware for testing, if you can find a retailer with a good return policy you might be able to test with new hardware and return it if not needed.

Well, long story short, the outlet I had my surge protector is bad. Now that I have switched outlets, I am having no problems at all.

Thank you for your help Dave, and everyone else.

Glad to hear you found the cause.

Sometimes it's a basic thing, like power outlet.
