Turned verifier on, sfc was error free, I had already run a short hard drive test before you posted, and the long one will probably take a while, so I figured I would just let you know right now.

Edit: Long tests passed as well

Change the CPU/NB voltage to 1.30v, default setting should be 1.100v.
Change the Dram voltage to 1.60v.

    Run Prime95 torture test.
First open Core Temp to monitor CPU temperatures, don't go over 71°C.
Open Prime95 and stop the test if it is running, in Advanced tab select 'Round off checking', in the Options tab select 'Torture Test...', in the window that opens select 'Blend', after 'Number of torture test threads to run' enter 4, then click OK to start the test.

Got another bsod. Driver verifier wasn't on at the time because I hadn't restarted my computer after the hard drive test. I'll edit this post with the results of prime and will change the voltages now.

EDIT: Prime passed fine after 3 hours.

The stop code is STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS
This is a very common bug check, the debugger doesn't give a lot of information on the cause.

    Code:

    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************
    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 0000000000000000, The address that the exception occurred at

Check for newer drivers, 2009+, or uninstall the programs for testing purposes.

    Code:
    AsIO AsIO.sys Mon Dec 17 17:11:49 2007 - Asus PCProbe Utility - http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx
Uninstall all the Asus utility programs, they are known to cause crashes.
You can re-install later, one by one, if you want to keep them.

You have a lot of these errors, as well as app hangs.
Since sfc scannow didn't repair it, rebuild the index.

There are many errors per day, let's do a malware check.
Download and run Malwarebytes, be sure to update it before running.

If this doesen't fix the problem, then you need to look at hardware.

You have the latest BIOS version for your motherboard.

You have done a lot of testing, your next step may be to do a Repair Install or Clean Install.
Let's eliminate all the hardware possible causes first.

Replace your keyboard and mouse for testing purposes, if you have a spare or borrow them, I have seen these cause this type of crash.

At this stage it is best to try and eliminate all variables as possible.

Disconnect all peripherals not required to run your system, all external drives, any USB hubs or connected devices, CD ROM if not needed, sound card and speakers, etc., everything.

If the crashes stop, then re-install them one at a time and test for stability.
If they don't stop then you need to look at the main internal components.

-I uninstalled asus probe, never used it anyway.
    -The Index is being rebuilt.
    -I updated MSE.
    -Uninstalled, and then reinstalled xmousebutton.
-I am not really sure how to answer your graphics driver question, but I installed the Catalyst Software Suite from http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/radeon_win7-64.aspx.
-I do have an asus mobo, specific model number : M4A78T-E
-Things plugged into my computer: Speakers : Headset/Mic : mouse : keyboard : TV used as a second monitor. Those are the only unnecessary things, so I will unplug all that and use an old mouse + keyboard.
-I got another bsod, right after I uninstalled pc probe, and reset the index.
-I will attach the bsod and perfmon report, update the post with the results of the malware scan, and let you know if I have any more problems.

EDIT: Malwarebytes found 4 potential threats which I had it remove after a full computer scan.
    c:\$Recycle.Bin\s-1-5-21-1105035022-2918786625-2477223559-1000\$RB0KDPP.exe (PUP.SmsPay.PGen)

    c:\program files (x86)\teamviewer\Version6\teamviewer_desktop.exe (Trojan.Agent)
    c:\Users\Ryan\Dropbox\Version6\teamviewer_desktop.exe (Trojan.Agent)

Two random exes in the recycle bin, and from teamviewer, which I doubt is really a trojan.

The AMD Radeon drivers from that site are version 11.5.

Good work on the trouble shooting steps.

Keep posting the results and any new dump files.

This dump indicates STOP 0x000000C1: SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION
    Usual causes: Device driver, ?Memory

Cause: A driver has written to an invalid section of the special pool.

Did you change the voltages mentioned above?
Change the CPU/NB voltage to 1.30v.
Change the Dram voltage to 1.60v.
Run memtest86+, again, I know you have ran this several times. I have seen memtest86+ find errors after several clean runs. It is just the way electronics are. Run it overnight.

    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

The best way to test if the RAM is causing the crashes is to get another set of RAM that are known to be working and run them in your system.
You mentioned before that you had some that you could try, but never confirmed if you tried them.

    Code:

    Still getting this MSE error.

-I edited my last post with the info about malwarebytes
    -The voltages have been changed.
-I do have two sticks of 1GB of ram in another computer, but now that I think about it, I do after all need 4 because I am running 64x Win 7. Currently I have two sticks of 2 GB, DDR3 ram from ADATA.
-I am a little wary of using driver sweeper again, as last time I spent more than 24 hours with my computer trying to remove sp1 so that I could do a repair install, failing, and then just using system restore. Also, it can be used for "NVIDIA (Display and Chipset), ATI (Display), Creative (Sound), Ageia (PhysX), MMouse and Realtek (Sound)" and I am needing to remove asus drivers. Is there another way to make sure it is gone? I can not find it in my drivers folder does that mean anything?
-MSE insists that it is completely updated.
-I will run memtest again tonight and update with the results.

EDIT: I just downloaded http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html, and it is not showing that the asio.sys driver is running.
EDIT2: Just got another bsod, which seems related to usb. The only usb I have plugged in, is the one for the alternate mouse that I am using. I moved it from a front port to a different one in the back.

The dump file indicate the cause is:
    STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS.

Below it blames a Windows driver, which are usually not the cause. When the debugger can't find the actual cause it blames a driver that is involved in the crash.

This type of debugger report is normally hardware caused. The failure to define arguments indicates this.

    Code:

    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    *******************************************************************************
    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 0000000000000000, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, Parameter 0 of the exception
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, Parameter 1 of the exception

    Disable the Driver Verifier.

Let's check into the hardware that might be causing this, possibilities are CPU, RAM, Video Card, PSU, motherboard.

If moving the mouse to a different USB port doesn't help, can you find/borrow a PS2 mouse?

Remove your RAM and install the 2GB RAM you mentioned that you have available.
Win7 will run on 1GB RAM, even with 2GB RAM it might be slower, but will run.
Do the normal things you do that produce a crash. If you don't have any more crashes, then this would indicate the cause.

Report back the results of these two steps, include any crash dump files if you have another crash.

    Next steps will be:
Find or borrow Video card to test with.
Find or borrow PSU to test with.

    Other event log errors.

This might be caused by two computers having the same name.

-Memtest ran over night with no errors.
-I will switch the ram today
-I'm excited to turn verifier off haha. It is such a pain. It really slows down my computer.

Thanks again for your help. Its really appreciated.

EDIT: Found out that our other computer had older ram and mine would not fit its slots, so instead I just returned only one stick of ram to my computer. If I get another bsod, I can switch the two out.

EDIT2:Got another bsod, and so i switched the ram sticks. Soon after, my computer restarted on its own, and during the starting process it froze at initializing usb controllers.

    Same as the last one.

    Code:

    *                                                                             *

    *******************************************************************************
    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 0000000000000000, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, Parameter 0 of the exception
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, Parameter 1 of the exception
