This is a memory management crash, are the RAM setting still as from this post?

Change the Dram voltage to 1.60v.

Run Prime95 torture test.
First open Core Temp to monitor CPU temperatures, don't go over 71°C.
Open Prime95 and stop the test if it is running, in Advanced tab select 'Round off checking', in the Options tab select 'Torture Test...', in the window that opens select 'Blend', after 'Number of torture test threads to run' enter 4, then click OK to start the test.

Try D/L'ing the definitions from MSE Get the latest definitions, D/L the MSE 32bit or 64bit definitions.
These should come from Windows Update automatically.

I just got two new ones that seem to be different from previous bsods.

I uninstalled mse, and installed avast. I did notice that windows defender was running in the background after I uninstalled mse. I am not really sure if it had been running while I had mse installed, or if it just came in as a backup. Although, it still had real-time protection enabled along with avast, so I disabled defender.

My voltage settings are still the same as before.

Edit: Got some more bsods. When restarting the computer tried to run check disk, but got a bsod every time, so I just skipped it and was able to start up. I am running my own chkdsk right now.

I think we are chasing the results of the cause of the crashes and not getting any closer to the real cause.
Possibilities:
Virus or maybe BIOS virus
Hardware fault

You need to manually confirm hardware is not causing these crashes by testing other known good components in your system or your components in another known working system.

Power supply - can cause instability, system crashes, shutdowns, restarts just before they die.
Motherboard might have bad caps- do a visual inspection.

Another option is to do a Clean Install Windows 7.

Since we are still trouble shooting your hardware, add more information to your system specs, brand/model for Hard Drive, Memory, Graphics Card, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse (your main ones, post the mouse you are using now), PSU, case and cooling.
All of this information is critical for your crashes to be analyzed further.

Which chkdsk are you running?
If not Seagate, then Run a hard drive scan usings SeaTools - SeaTools for Windows | Seagate - Both long and short tests.

MSE replaces Defender, Defender will be turned off when MSE is installed.
You are correct, disable Defender when using another Anti-Virus.

Be sure to run a 'Full System Scan' with Avast.
Run Avast Boot-time scan.
Then update and run Malwarebytes, again.
Post any results.

EDIT:
Lets do a test, backup your current HDD.
What backup program are you using?

Format the HDD, do a clean install, update drivers with only newly downloaded drivers (don't use any you have currently saved - they might be corrupt).
Don't add any programs except for Avast Anti-Virus.
Test your system for a few days, or if you get a crash.

Other option, disconnect your OS HDD and use another HDD to clean install the OS on.

-Changed the command rate to 2t.
-Minecraftam.exe is a buggy mod that I had been using for minecraft. It crashed alot, and so I got rid of that.
-Updated skype
-Did not see any mobo cap defects or discoloration, and none of them seemed lose.
-I updated my system specs
-All virus/malware scans reported clean.
-Seagate short test passed, and I can run a long one later.
-I have been using Paragon Backup and Recovery 2011 Advanced Free Edition. If I still have problems after a clean install, we can assume that the problem is hardware related correct? I can try a clean install after I backup.
-Because I only have an older computer to test my hardware with, I am limited there.

Paragon is good.
Correct, you can rule out any third party drivers, registry corruption, OS problems.

Backup your hard drive, verify the backup is good, then do the clean install.

If you get Win7 to install, leave only one RAM card installed, see if you get any crashes.

You're going to have to start hardware troubleshooting.
The procedure mentioned before requires hardware to replace your components for testing.
If you don't have or can't borrow, then you will have to consider taking it to a shop for the hardware testing.

I'll try the clean install with only one stick of ram and let you know how that goes. Assuming that this eliminates software problems, I can try to test the hard drive and cpu. I can just switch out the hard drives between my two computers correct? And the cpu should be easy to switch out as well correct?

Also, the install disk is a DVD, the same one I used for my VMs, the repair install, and the original install.

Edit: I was able to do the clean install, and have installed avast as well as newly downloaded graphics drivers.

Try to stress the system, games, videos, etc.

Depending on how much you use it, give it a couple of days, then change out the RAM and see if it's any different.

Okay, I'll download a few things so I'll have things to use (i'm assuming thats okay) but I can keep a list here of everything I install and will try to avoid anything that is not really estabilshed.
