Remove Port Talk by Beyond Logic since it is obsolete
PortTalk.sys 0xa3d27000 0xa3d27c60 0x00000c60 0x3c3fdf10 12/01/2002 11:00:32
Do a System Restore and remove TunUP Utilities since it could have messed up your system
Windows 7 does not need any 'TuneUp' software or whatsoever related utilities
Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Your system is out of date, please use Windows updates and install the latest updates including SP1

Did everything what you've said.
the sfc /scannow message was:

"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Going to test my netbook again for regular run.
I'll post again here if I still encountered a bluescreen.
