Same old BSOD troubles...

Well, I wished I never had to come back here, but here I am... I have the same problem as before: getting a BSOD with the error code "3B" during a game, or after I close the game, this happens Minecraft, Battlefield: Bad company 2, sometimes Starcraft 2, and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion... I'm running a 64 bit, Windows 7 Home Premium (OEM), 4GB of RAM, and have an AMD Athlon II x4 635 processor, 2.90 GHz. Oh and I have an HD Radeon 4650 with 1gig of VRAM.

P.S. before I deemed the last thread "Solved" I ran a memtest 86+ for right around 16 passes, and it showed I had no errors, so I'm led to believe my problem is not related with memory...
