    window browser response to script

i keep getting a pop up window that says that my web browser is running a script that isn't functioning properly, if it continues my system may become unresponsive. the trouble is there is no web browser running, until now.

i ran hjt and it says i have a bho from slashdot.org, so i looked it up and it's like a doj cyber initiative to attack the coreflood virus, so am i being attacked by the doj, lol?

not entirely sure what to do, i haven't read any notes, but i'm pretty sure winpatrol used to run from a winpatrol.exe, and the hijack log is saying it's winpatrolex.exe
